Junior Mannequins
During the school holidays, Adair Bros staged a series of short junior fashion parades, with a group of charming young mannequins modelling fashions for the younger set.
The parades featured a wide assortment of garments, from cute little town frocks to bedtime wear, and were compered by Adair's fashion buyer, Mrs D. Hunter.
Julie Capes looked charming in a dark blue woollen frock rned with white braid.
Three young men found the parade "very interesting".
Ready for bed, complete with teddy bears, were Jennifer and Teresa Rolfe.
Robin Nieid looked happy in a tweed coat with nylon fur collar.
Angela Stevenson modelling a foam-backed coat, with Mrs Hunter at the microphone.
