Mrs M. Eivers (left), of Patutahi, was made a Life Member or the Poverty Bay provincial of the W.D.F.F. at a function at Ulverstone recently. Mrs Eivers, who has been an active member of the Gisborne branch for 17 years, has been appointed hostess of the W.D.F.F. rest home Te Kiteroa, at Waimate, near Timaru, Mrs F. W. Law, Tiniroto, president of the P.B. provincial, is pictured presenting her with her badge.
