Car Club Trial

Members of the Gisborne Car Club recently took part in a Sunday afternoon half-day trial around the city and district.

Organised by Mr and Mrs Rex Eastham, the trial was considered a very difficult one and gave most of the competitors a merry chase.

The winning car was driven by Mr George Parker, with Jim Ellis as navigator. Second place went to Hans and Mrs Kwak, with June Faulkner (driver) and Graham Clare (navigator) third.
