Civil Police In Training

About 75 Gisborne civil police, including several women, are at present attending an eight-week course of instruction in first aid in the St. John Ambulance Association's hall.

The course is being run in conjunction with the association's annual public one, and is finalised by the sitting of an examination for a First Aid Certificate. In charge of the course is the association's district officer, Mr R. Williams.
