Film Premiere Fashion Parade

A near-capacity audience in the Kings Theatre for the New Zealand premiere of the film "Fate is the Hunter" was treated to a parade of fashions and a cosmetics demonstration during the interval.

Organised by Gisborne Jaycee, the evening was a great success, and boosted the funds of the organisation by approximately £100.

The fashion parade was sponsored by Melbourne Cash Ltd, and was modelled by six of the Jaycee wives.

The make-up demonstration was conducted by Misses Hazel Clare (cosmetician), and Raewyn Hall (model), with a commentary by Miss Elaine Miscall, "Miss New Zealand" of 1963.
