Sports Day At Te Karaka
The Waikohu Amateur Athletic Club staged a very successful afternoon sports meeting at the Te Karaka recreation ground last month.
A bus-load of Gisborne athletes swelled the number of competitors, and provided plenty of competition for the locals.
The programme got under way with races for the children, which were followed by cycling, running, and field events.
