Antique Exhibition

A comprehensive display of antique articles ranging from a former Russian Czar's carved couch to an historic brooch given by Bonnie Prince Charlie to Flora MacDonald, attracted considerable crowds to the War Memorial Hall recently.

Organised by the Gisborne Floral Festival Committee to help raise funds for its proposed hall, the exhibition was a very creditable effort.
