Wairoa Carnival

The Wairoa Carnival Association's programme, held along with the A and P Show during Wellington Anniversary weekend, proved to be a great success for all concerned.

A procession and an aquatic carnival, in which vessels of the R.N.Z.N. fishery protection fleet and a seaplane took part, were some of the highlights of the show, which is illustrated on these pages with pictures taken by Hamilton Studios.
