The Fever Of The Finish

The fever of the finish of a horse race is captured in these two pictures of a portion of the crowd at the P.B. Turf Club's Saturday meeting last month as they "ride" the last few paces home with their favourites (above), and turn in joy or despair as the field passes the finishing post.
