Makauri Fancy Dress
This is the season of fancy dress functions for school children....and here are some pix taken at the Makauri School fancy dress held at Lytton High School recently. The ingenuity and variety of the costumes was something that had to be seen to be balieved...obviously a lot of Makauri mums had spent a good deal of their recent spare time at the sewing machine.
Too young to go to school yet, but little Alice Ball made an attractive flower seller just the same.
What's a party without the eats? Mesdames C. Cambie, R. Donaldson and C. Ratcliffe at work in the kitchen.
