Changing Face

Changes go on all the time in Gisborne, but, as Mrs Tombleson mentioned in the House recently the pace has been accelerated of recent years.

The controversial Lytton Road deviation around the Awapuni golf course is now an accomplished fact. This view is looking towards Awapuni Road.

This building in Gladstone Road opposite the Regent Theatre is undergoing extensive remodelling. We hear the top floor is to house a new billiards saloon.

Ormonds Motors new garage in Midway is beginning to take shape.
