Beautiful Gisborne: The Waimata From Lister Hospital

×

Looking down from the hill behind Lister Hospital, the camera records a scenic corner of Gisborne, in which attractive homes are set in the pleasant environs of river and park. In the foreground is Riverside Drive, sweeping round to the right. Beyond is the curve of the Waimata River, with Anzac Park across the river on the left, while in the middle distance is the business heart of the town. Some of Gisborne's most beautiful homes are to be found in these parts, fronting the river.
