Mercantile Relay
Sixty teams competed in the Giaborne Swimming Club's annual mercantile relay, held in the MacRae Baths on a recent week night.
In the thrill-packed final, the Ministry of Works drafting department team, comprising Sandra Quale, John Grummitt, and Keith Twigley, narrowly defeated K. E. Buscke Ltd's team, to take the first placing.
