Sir Hector McGregor Comes Home

During his recent visit to New Zealand, the Commander in Chief of the Royal Air Force Far East Station, Air Marshal Sir Hector McGregor, returned to his place of birth, Wairoa, to meet his relations.

Sir Hector, who was educated in Napier, and joined the Air Force in 1928, was accompanied on his visit by his wife, and his mother, Mrs H. McGregor, of Napier.
