"The Sleeping Beauty"

As a pre-Christmas attraction, the Unity Theatre will stage their modernised version of the pantomime, "The Sleeping Beauty", at the Opera House for an eight-performance season commencing on December 15th.

Produced by Pat Woodford, the show is colourful and lively, with a competent cast of more than 80, and should prove to he excellent all-round family entertainment.

Featured on our colour cover are the leading players in the show, and on these two pages, members of the cast in scenes taken in the grounds at Ulverstone.
