Colourful Camellias

A range of beautiful colours was seen in the camellias on display in the War Memorial Hall. This was staged by the P.B. Horticultural Society and drew a large attendance.

A striking exhibit was "The Lady of Camellias" in the Ngatapa Garden Circle's court.

A religious theme was in evidence at the Patutahi court.

An eye-catching part of the P.B. Garden Circle's table display was this arrangement using camellias, a figurine and a branch of Garrya elliptica.

Mrs L. Hindmarsh gave a demonstration of camellia grafting.
