Menswear Week

Out of six finalists, chosen for the best-dressed man contest during National Menswear Week in Gisborne, the winner was Mr G. Heighway.

Chosen by popular vote, Mr Heighway's prize included a new suit, sox, tie, hat and shoes.

Mrs Joan Coates, a former Mrs New Zealand, picked the six finalists.

Two contests were also held for the best dressed teen-ager and Patricia Moore of 2ZG was the selector. The winners were Glenn Houlahan and Geoff Logan.
