Competitions Revived
Any doubts that a revival of the old competitions festival in Nelson during the August vacation might not be successful were dispelled very early when a two-day festival was held recently. More than 600 entries were received for the two days nearly as many as usually received for a full week's festival in the past. It now seems apparent, after such a success, that the event will again become an annual and week-long affair.
