Garden Party at Hope

To help swell the finances of the Hope–Ranzau branch of the Country Women's Institute, Mrs Marjorie Donaldson, a vice–president of the branch, held a garden party at her home last month. During the afternoon a mannequin parade was held, and among the models were Jean Jordan (left) and Gregory and Louise Cairns (centre left). The four ladies above, Mesdames Constance Davey, Ida Sutton, Louise Fairmaid and Jean Simpson, were engrossed in the parade when we took this pic.
