Bowling Clubs Open
Bowling clubs throughout the Nelson province held their opening days last month and in all but a few cases bowlers found the sun smiling on them. Greens were in immaculate order - the result of many hours of painstaking work in the winter season. On this page we have covered the Stoke club's opening. (Pix by Peter Savage).
