Winter Trots At Nelson
A brilliant day and big fields and a very good crowd, including a large Canterbury contingent, ensured the success of the Nelson Trotting Club's winter meeting when the first day's events were held earlier this month. The Caltex Gold Cup, at stake in the main event on the first day, was won by Norlight.
