Waimea College Sports
Record times and distances were established by five contestants in nine events when the Waimea College annual athletics sports were held at the college earlier this month.

Record breakers were Gass (shot put), Bethwaite (long jump and discus). Sweney (hurdles and 150 yds), Ammundsen (100, 220 and 440 yds), and Hale (100 yds).
