The tenth anniversary of the formation of Rotary at Richmond was celebrated by Rotarians and their wives with a dinner recently. Above is Norman Andrews, the first president, with Bill Martin, who, as District Governor in 1955 presented the charter to Richmond, and George Grigg, the present president.
