Boiler Goes North

A big, modern boiler installed at the Kirkpatrick foundry under a year ago was shipped from Nelson to Hastings recently where it will be installed in the Hastings factory of Watties. The boiler, however, is only on loan and it is expected that it will return to Kirkpatricks (now owned by Watties) in about a year's time.
