Motueka and the Golden Bay district lost one of its best-known and esteemed identities when Mr Kos Newman was killed in a motor accident recently. Mr Newman was closely associated with Rugby football in the district and with the Nelson Brevet Club and kindred organisations. This photograph was taken at his funeral.
