Power Goes Underground

Nelson residents and visitors to our city have noticed the changes for the better on Trafalgar Street since the power and telephone lines went underground. Overhead transformers now give way to transformers housed in proper sub-stations. This one, being checked by George Brydon, is in Alma Street.
