Two Nelson properties offered for sale by auction last month were unsold. Above, the Cafe Continental, Nelson's first and only licensed restaurant which has been vacant for some months, was passed in when no bids were forthcoming. We understand it is still for sale. Below is the luxury home of the estate of Mr M. G. Wills, at 30 Richardson Street, built at a cost of £25,000, which was passed in when bidding stopped at £15,000. It has since been sold to Mr Roy McLennan.
