Since a blight wiped out the City Council's magnificent displays of tulips in Anzac Park this vivid splash of colour in Nelson has been sadly missed. Imagine the delight, therefore, of thousands of Nelson citizens and visitors when they saw this gorgeous plot of tulips in the grounds of the Bank of New Zealand in Trafalgar Street, Admiring them are two of the staff, Judith Coates and Maureen Dellow
