Here's a girl with a big heart -Julie Munro, a nurse at Braemar Hospital. Julie is off to Hong Kong where she will work with Dr Turpin in his "Operation Concern" as a volunteer nurse. This means she has to meet all the costs of the trip and she receives nothing while in Hong Kong other than her food and clothing.
