Ordination at Nelson

The Most Rev O. N. Snedden, Catholic Auxiliary Bishop of Wellington, visited Nelson earlier this month to ordain Dennis Mahony, a son of Mr and Mrs Tom Mahony, Cleveland Road. The ordination ceremony and Mass were celebrated at St Mary's Church, Manuka Street, and was attended by a big congregation and many priests who had served in Nelson.
