Sale of Antiqued

Overheard in Trafalgar Street: "Taking mum to the antique sale? Not me, they might sell her." A lot of other husbands didn't have the same outlook, however, and the Sports Hall was crowded with men and women seeking some of the beautiful antique pieces on display. In all, 550 lots valued at more than £2000 were offered.
