"All For Mary"
Ladies! Do you have trouble managing your husband? How do you think you'd get on with two husbands and an amorous and persistent Frenchman thrown in?
And you men! What would be your reaction if you found yourself sharing a room with your ex-wife's new husband? Fun, eh?
Well, that, in a nutshell, is what happens in the Nelson Repertory Society's latest comedy play, "All For Mary", to open in the Theatre Royal on August 3. We're not going to tell you any more. But we will say this. You'll miss the laugh of the year if you miss this mirthful matrimonial mix-up.
At left is the cast, which is (from left), Alphonse (Michael Rodwell), Humpy, Mary's new husband (George "Cam" Cameron) Nanny (Eve Barrett), Mary (Barbara Marsack), Clive, Mary's first husband (Dennis Richards) and Victor, the amorous Frenchman (Howard Mathison).
Producer, Alma Barlow.
For once, Humpy and Clive stand united and delighted at Victor's predicament.

Humpy, tiring of Victor's over-enthusiastic hand-kissing routine, uses his umbrella to good effect.
A little bit of mayhem.
At this stage Clive and Humpy are sworn enemies, much to the amusement of Mary and the astonishment of Victor.
Humpy has a pain and everyone else, it seems, has a remedy for it.
Alphonse is horror-stricken when he sees what (besides the hair) adorns Humpy's chest.
