What's this? A girl in a bathing suit on the front cover and a water ballet troupe on the back? And in the middle of winter. Now, hold on folks. We haven't slipped. These are deliberate choices. The lovely gal on the front cover is Ruth Hope, a nurse at Nelson Hospital, and the splash of colour on the back page was provided by the Sacred Heart Girls' College water ballet team. we've printed both pics in the hope that their message will help to keep you warm through the winter. In other words - summer isn't that far off.
