New Enzedders
After a ceremony in the Nelson City Council chambers earlier this month, 11 migrants to New Zealand emerged as fully-fledged New Zealanders. Three of the candidates were Dutch, four were Hungarians, three South Africans and one Italian. The ceremony was conducted before the Mayor (Mr D. N. Strawbridge).
