Technos Trophy Presented

The Nelson Cricket Association added another trophy to its list when at a dinner in Nelson the Technos Trophy and plaque were presented. The trophy is an important one and much sought after, being presented to the team which plays the brightest cricket. Nelson is the first minor association to win it - in part, a reword for the type of cricket played in its 16 consecutive defences of the Hawke Cup. Each of the 18 players also received a beautiful Technos watch.
