Army Head Visits Territorials

Making his first visit to Nelson since his appointment as Chief of the General Staff, Major-General Thornton saw territorials of the Neison-Marlborough-West Coast Regiment being instructed at the Drill Hall. He was accompanied by Brigadier A.E. Andrews, commander of Southern Military District.
