Arthur Lydiard, famed the world over now as coach of Murray Halberg, Peter Snel and Barry Magee, visited Nelson last month on a lecture tour of the Dominion. Barry Sixtus, at 16, was the youngest member of the Nelson Gun Club competing in the provincial championships and he received his 75 badge for breaking 75 consecutive targets.
