Sunday Among the Roses

Rose Week, of previous years, was toned down to Rose Sunday, this year, but we hear plans are afoot to rejuvenate the programme next time. Still, the day was sunny and bright; the roses at Broadgreen were beautiful, and the people who attended enjoyed a relaxing afternoon.
