Harrier Activities

Nelson harriers have been busy, recently. The Brooklyn shield, contested among Nelson and Marlborough clubs, was again won by the Nelson Amateur Athletic, Harrier and Cycling Club, headed by the Dixon brothers, Rodney and John. Rod, running barefooted, won the individual title from John. Trafalgar won the junior and colts teams' races and Nelson won the women's. Also covered by our harrier photographer, Alan Hunter, is the Trafalgar Club champs.
