Wet Weather Was No Deterrent

Spectators, officials and swimmers were all in the swim at the recent Nelson All Junior Age Group championships at the Municipal Pool. Old Huey really let the rain come down and if it had not been for the keenness of all concerned, the meeting might have been a dismal flop. However, there were hundreds of entries and the event, sponsored by Caltex dealers, was a success.
