There's no need to tell Nelson residents of the magnificence of Nelson gardens in the spring. They have but to open their eyes. But not all the glories of the season are available to all, so when Charlie Duke agreed to let us see his magnificent poinsettias, we didn't keep him waiting. First, however, we stopped off to pick up Jackie Kenning who, in a spring frock kindly loaned to us by Jays, added just that little bit extra to the picture.
