Fine Netball Win for Nelson

Nelson A came from behind at half-time to beat West Coast 27-24 in the final of the Pragnell Cup competition at the recent Seddon Shield districts netball tournament.

This win for Nelson followed its victory in the Sutherland Rosebowl tournament at Masterton and selector-coach Keith Woods must be reasonably happy with the team's efforts.

The young Nelson B team also played well to beat Hokitika 34-14 and Buller 26-10. They lost 14-31 to West Coast.
