Back in Nelson after a successful stint in the Australasian darts championships with the New Zealand team in Canberra is Roy Diamond. Roy returned with a stack of souveniers and his mother, left, and Maria Sua were quick to inspect them. Maria is holding the trophy the team won for coming second. Roy was eighth equal in the singles event.

Secretary of the N.Z. Darts Council, Bryan Cations, got a big welcome home from young Bryan. Bryan snr, like Roy Diamond, gathered a swag of souvenirs (like the radio here) but most of his loot is out of the photo - we couldn't fit it in.
