Here & There

The annual harbour swim from the yacht club to Tahunanui Beach did not attract many swimmers this year. From the start the race was dominated by Ron Tomlinson who was first man ashore (Above Left). Second to reach the beach was David Harvey, who receives a congratulatory handshake from Ron Tomlinson (Above). The only woman swimmer this year was Jocelyn Cressey, seen Below Left getting a "welldone" hug from King Neptune. Below-"Dead Eye Dinah" trying for the top shelf at the Stoke Spree carnival.
