Launching at Stoke

The good ship "J.C. Playship" was launched at Greenmeadows towards the end of last month. The ship, under construction by Stoke Jaycees for a little more than a year, was handed over to Mayor Trevor Horne for the children of Nelson. This has been a big undertaking for Stoke Jaycees and one which the children of the area are pleased to see completed.
