Road Cycling Titles

New Zealand representative, Neil Lyster, had his second success in the Nelson province in two months when last month he won the Wellington centre's 100-mile road cycling title on an Appleby course. Eleven started in the 14-lap race, but only four finished. Nelson's Bryan Shaw managed to stay with the lead bunch for seven laps but then had to drop out.
