Hatch Cup Winners
The Nelson schoolboy hockey team returned from its tournament at Dunedin to be given VIP treatment - and the boys deserved it, for they brought back the coveted Hatch Cup, symbol of national schoolboy hockey supremacy. Present at the bus station to meet them was the Mayor (Stan Russell), the M.P. for Nelson (Stan whitehead), Brian Cox (hockey president) as well as many supporters. Congratulations, boys.
