R.S.A. Bowling Tourney

The 296 bowlers who competed in the New Zealand R.S.A. bowling tournament in Nelson will recall for some time the highlights of the tournament. They will soon want to forget the torrential rain which washed out the Saturday afternoon's play at a crucial time in the tourney. But not to worry. Everyone had plenty of bowling and a terrific amount of fun.

The tournament ended in an all North Island final, with Tauranga taking its third title, beating title-holder Wairoa in the final.
