Off to Rotorua after two years in Nelson are Richard and Judith Goodacre. Richard was a mechanic with the N.Z. Electricity Department. His new job is with International Harvesters.

Brian and Raewyn Diamond have come up from Christchurch. Brian is new accountant with Motor Assemblies. Raewyn is no stranger to Nelson. She lived here (nee Ryder) before she married.

Off to Hamilton where a married daughter lives, are Mr and Mrs S. G. Higgins, of Spring Grove. Mr Higgins, in particular, is a well-known identity of the district and has farmed there for about 40 years.

As police constable Gary McLeod took his wife, Noeline, and family, Cameron and Heather, off to Sydney to live, police sergeant Harold Wilson brought his wife Eileen from Invercargill to live in Nelson (Left).
