With the removal of the cocoon of scaffolding that has embraced the building from the time of its erection, passers-by have been able to get their first good look at the new Bank of New Zealand building last month. Quite a lot of interior work has still to be completed, however.

The new warehouse of A. and T. Burt Ltd., in Collingwood Street. The office block is on the second floor and the big ground floor area is being taken up as a storage area.

The reclamation is beginning to blossom. Latest addition is this big garage and workshop of Ross McCully Ltd.
